​Established in 2016, E-Flow Cycles, has been selling and servicing premium e-bikes for over nine years. ​We offer a wide choice of road, mountain and trekking e-bikes in our showroom, and sell many brands including Scott, Batribike, Haibike and Lapierre. Having sold hundreds of e-bikes since 2016, we pride ourselves on being well informed and fully trained in all the latest e-bike technology, including Bosch, Yamaha, Shimano, TQ and Fazua motors. All our mechanics are Cytech 3 qualified, and our sales team fully versed on the latest trends and changing tech.

 

We are the only bike shop in the country that offer a FREE 2-year, unlimited, servicing plan with every e-bike purchase!

On the 28th August 2025, we closed our Betteshanger Bike Park branch, and returned to our flagship store in West Blean, next door to Wildwood in Herne Bay — putting re-wilding educational e-bike tours and conservation at the heart of everything we do. In 2026, we’ll be riding for charity and habitat restoration, and partnerships that make every ride count for nature. We’re proud to be supporting our neighbours, Wildwood Trust, whose re-wilding work — including introducing European bison to West Blean and Thornden Woods — is creating a thriving, biodiverse environment for cyclists and walkers to enjoy. Their work inspires us to make every ride an opportunity to protect and promote nature.

​As the only female owned e-bike shop to open in the UK in 2016, we have encouraged many local women and beginners into the sport through our Beginner MTB Courses and ladies club rides. We actively promote e-bikes to those less mobile, from post op knee and hip rehab, to weight, health and age limitations, and our club consist of cyclists of all disciplines, ages and abilities.
